World of Athri
Time in Athri is measured much as it is on Earth: each day lasts 24 hours, each hour contains 60 minutes, and so forth. Longer measures of time, however, are somewhat different.
An Athrian week is seven days long. The days are called Sunday, Monday, Teuseday, Wennesday, Thirseday, Phraiday, and Sattirday, pronounced as their real-world equivalents. The last five days were named after the small group of powerful mages that aided Golbadin in his rite of apotheosis.
The Athrian year is comprised of four seasons, stretching across twelve months. The year is measured from the first day of spring to the last day of winter. The months of the year are Demour (also called First Bloom), Eholla, Coren, Athesh, Choshel, Shurru, Adelo, Mequa, Ashia (also called Harvest), Notran, Zoth, and Imish (also called Last Thaw). Each month lasts 30 days.
